The Bird Who Came Inside
This is indeed a real bird inside a real house. Jay Bird comes through an open window to get peanuts out of this spittoon. My sister-in-law has coaxed it inside--inspite of the cat, elderly Isabella who isn't able to do much more than lick her lips and watch.
This reminded me of The Secret Garden when I saw it on our last visit. Looking forward to seeing this again when the Bird Whisperer and Bee Man (her DH) extend their hospitality our way this coming week, thereby totally getting me out of the house (see last blog entry #10).
Hoping to get some writing in on the road.

LOL. It took me a while to find the picture. Obviously, I've been out of touch. I didn't understand the whole bandwidth stealer thingie.

Elen--I hope you aren't having any trouble seeing my images. For a while that "bandwidth stealer" picture was coming up everywhere, so I had to program in some exceptions. It's a defensive measure so that people won't link directly to the pictures on my server.
Gina - The last two posts on my RSS feed had the bandwidth stealer image. I understand your concern. It's not a problem. I can just click on over here. :-)
