Spring Cleaning

I don't know if I was emboldened by Maria's most excellent post over at Title Wave, but yesterday, while I was doing the Florence Nightengale bit with the Pooh, I did some sprucing up on the sidebar here. I added a search box, so if there's something in particular you saw once it is now possible to find it again without going through months of entries. I also added a drop down menu for the archives since they were beginning to take up a whole bunch of space. Also, I made list of the different online communities I'm a member of and links to my pages there, if you're interested. My video box is gone (que lastima), but you can see my interviews over at YouTube if you must.

And the labels, they are gone. I actually did that purge a while back. They were making my blogs take forever to publish since I do it via FTP, and--since I'm using an old blogger template and not one of the new layouts--there was really no way to access them easily. I will, however use a few as I continue with my on-again, off-again project of importing old entries from my defunct blogs. In those cases, I'll leave a designation of where the post originally came from mostly for my own tracking.
