Good Morning!

This morning I was awakened by a jolt. BigTea thought it was the Pooh trying to get up on the bed, but I thought it was an earthquake--God's own alarm clock--and I was right. Not a very big one, but since I'd fallen asleep before nine last night, it was enough to get me out of bed. And that was a good thing because my boy was on GoogleChat and I hadn't talked to him for a WEEK and was so happy to be able to do a bit of catching up.
Plus, I got this note from the DD in my email about the first quarter of my book that she'd just finished reading and was getting me notes on:
Seriously mom, it's really good. You better keep writing. Are there sweeter words than that?
The other good news was that the Pooh stared at me with that look in his eye. So, I gave him a couple of dollups of baby food and he ate them. So, earthquake notwithstanding (and probably even including), this has been a Very Good Morning.
How about yours?

Hmm, that morning was not so eventful for me (and I'm relieved it wasn't more eventful for you!). THIS morning was a slog, as I spent a lot of last night overhearing an ugly and seemingly neverending argument in the hotel room next to mine...
Yes, I called hotel security, twice, but it wasn't all resolved and quiet until 4a.m.
(I think I'd prefer the earthquake!)
Anyway, I'm home now. And after reading this, seriously considering buying some blueberry baby food...
Therese -- Blueberries are lovely *any* way you eat them. I say go for it, especially after such a rough night. :)
